And while my process did involve eating to put my body into ketosis (ie fat-burning mode) I did NOT follow a “keto diet”. This week I unpack what I mean by that and the concept of following a “diet” versus transforming your relationship with food and explain more what the difference between a keto diet and eating to put your body into ketosis actually looks like.
