Menopause is a time that can cause a lot of stress, confusion and WTH moments for many women. This week’s episode takes a deep dive into menopause, steps you can take to be proactive, and the driving force behind surgeon Dr. Michelle Gordon’s work to develop the Meno Movement to support women during this transition.

Dr. Gordon ran a Surgical Practice from 2005 to 2020 growing it to 8 surgeons until the healthcare crisis in the US, corporate medicine failure, and Covid-19 made it difficult to operate. When she founded the Menopause Movement, she was a practicing surgeon and realized there just wasn't enough readily available information for women in menopause, so she developed the content, processes, and study to help other women going through the same things she was.
Through much research, she discovered the truth about menopause and made changes in her life. She understands the steps a woman must take to embrace the ‘Who I am now’ and make this the ‘Best time of my life’ without suffering.
